Changed downloading method

While I was sharing the setup file for test, for some reason, the file treated this as a dangerous file, which is not supposed to be.
Honestly I do not know why is this usually happening - it's a really big trouble for me to fix this.
That's why I changed the downloading method from a single setup file to simple downloading a .rar archive.
